Drifting

drifting

drifting by AnElephantCant

drifting
floating
rocking
gently
on a raft
on the Med
in the sun
hearing
gentle
murmuring
lapping
silver waves
seeing
azure skies
tiny clouds
drifting
floating
rocking
like guesses
in shapes
elephants
rabbits and doggies
dinosaurs
careless
as in
without a care
no plan
no thought
no concern
just pleasure
perhaps
tomorrow
but no
only now
rocking
floating
drifting

About AnElephantCant

An artist/writer/poet combination whose blogs reflect an approach to life that celebrates nature and takes a tongue-in-cheek view of most issues. So you get rhymes and doodles, photographs and comment. Irreverent and irrelevant. Occasionally funny, sometimes serious, mostly pointless. https://anelephantcant.me/

Something different from AnElephant once more. 🙂 Enjoy the gentleness of it, and won’t mention I am jealous over here in deary rain.
