waterfowl

the rocks by anelephantcant

the rocks by anelephantcant

waves rumble
round the rocks
in September sunshine
I sit
regarding the Med
my mind
far away
across the planet
or deep inside
when I see
overhead
a solitary bird
a waterfowl
perhaps
a Canada Goose
and
my heart weeps

Aw, this was an extremely nice post. Finding the time and actual effort to
    make a great article… but what can I say… I procrastinate a whole lot
and don’t seem to get anything done.

The Canada Geese are beginning to gather here. There are certain areas of The Capital that are rendezvous points before the migration starts for another autumn.
If one should make it as far as The Med, you can be sure that it’s the one that I’ve commissioned to tell you bonjour / anhi / g’day from Ottawa 🙂
(you may want to duck – no pun – they’re pretty to look at but not discerning in where they heave ballast)

The rocks seem to bridge you with your soul. I love the aesthetics and design of this one.
